PRIVACY POLICY

Clarke Entertainment Network operates Clarke Entertainment Radio Network, an internet radio network of nine online stations. This policy explains what information we collect when you listen to our stations or use our websites, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

It applies to our network hub at clarkeentertainmentnetwork.com and to each of the station websites listed in Section 2, including their audio streams and players, newsletters, contests and listener support features.

1. WHO WE ARE

Clarke Entertainment Network ("we", "us", "our") operates Clarke Entertainment Radio Network and its nine stations. Our mailing address is 2120 E Fire Tower Rd, Ste 107 #2154, Greenville, NC 27858. You can reach us about privacy at contact@clarkeentertainmentnetwork.com.

2. WHICH SITES AND STATIONS THIS POLICY COVERS

This policy covers the network hub and the following stations:

Three of our stations were recently renamed and their new matching domains are not registered yet, so those stations are still served at their former addresses until each site moves. We will update this list as each domain migrates, and whenever a station is added or renamed.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following: Account and contact details. Your name and email address when you sign up for a newsletter or the listener club, enter a contest or giveaway, send us a song request or shout-out, or contact us. Listener support details. When you make a voluntary contribution, PayPal, our third-party payment processor, collects your payment details. We receive confirmation that a payment was made and limited details such as your name, email and the amount. We do not store your full card number. Usage and technical data. Your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, the pages you visit, how long you listen, which station you listen to and when, and how you arrived at our site. Cookies and similar technologies. Small files placed on your device that keep the player working, remember your station preference, measure how the sites and streams are used, and support advertising. See Section 5. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as health, financial account or government identification details. Please do not send it to us.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

To operate the service: delivering the audio stream and playlists, keeping the player and the sites working, and remembering your preferences. To personalize: suggesting stations, shows and programming you may enjoy. To communicate: sending newsletters, station updates and, where you have agreed, promotional messages. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link. To run promotions: administering contests, giveaways and listener features. To process listener support: taking and confirming voluntary contributions. To respond: answering your questions, requests and complaints. To measure and improve: understanding which stations and pages are used, and fixing what does not work. To meet our obligations: reporting listening data and paying royalties as required by our music licences, and complying with the law.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies for: Strictly necessary purposes: the player, security and basic site function. These cannot be switched off. Analytics: understanding how the sites and streams are used. Advertising: measuring and, where applicable, targeting advertising and sponsorship. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may stop the player working. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

6. ADVERTISING, SPONSORSHIPS AND AFFILIATE LINKS

Our stations are supported in part by advertising, sponsorship and affiliate partnerships. Advertising and sponsorship partners may set their own cookies and receive limited information about your visit or your listening so they can measure their campaigns and, where applicable, show interest-based advertising. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies. You can limit interest-based advertising through your browser or device settings and through industry opt-out tools. Some outbound links on our sites are affiliate links, including links to ticketing, travel and hotel booking services. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay. We disclose affiliate relationships on the pages where those links appear. We do not sell your personal information.

7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share information only as follows: Service providers. Companies that host our sites, deliver our streams, send our email, measure our traffic and process our payments. They act on our instructions. Advertising and sponsorship partners. As described in Section 6. Affiliate and referral partners. Where you click through to a partner, they learn that a visitor came from us. Legal and regulatory. Where we are required to disclose information by law, by a court order or by a lawful request from a public authority, or where we need to report listening data to music licensing bodies, or to protect our rights, our listeners or the public. A business transfer. If the network or a station is sold or transferred, information may transfer with it, and we will tell you if that happens. We do not sell your personal information.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honour your opt-out. Contest entries are kept for 90 days after the promotion closes. Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Contact and form enquiries are kept for 24 months. Purchase and sponsor billing records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

9. SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store or process information in other countries. Where we transfer information out of your country, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us at contact@clarkeentertainmentnetwork.com and we will delete it.

12. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us, and we will stop sending marketing messages. We may still send you service messages that affect your use of the service. Cookies. Use your browser or device settings as described in Section 5. Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@clarkeentertainmentnetwork.com and we will respond within the time required by law. California residents. If you live in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and how we use it, to request deletion and correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@clarkeentertainmentnetwork.com. Other regions. If you live in a jurisdiction that grants similar rights, such as the UK or the EEA, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local regulator. 13. STATION-SPECIFIC ANNEX

The core terms above apply network-wide and are identical on every station. Anything that differs by station belongs here. Each station's page should carry the entries for that station only.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will post the new version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, tell you by email or on the sites. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
